Hi, I'm Abhishek.

I'm building Okay to Work for contractors, property managers and venues who still check certificates of insurance by hand, in spreadsheets and inbox folders.

Right now I'm doing free audits to learn how you work. Send me your certificates and I'll check every one and email you the report within two business days. If anything in it is unclear, reply to that email and you'll get an answer from me, not a sales team.

I'm based in India and keep US business hours for calls.

Questions people ask

Is a certificate proof of insurance?
No. It summarises a vendor's policies on the day it was issued. That's why we check expiry dates and tell you when to ask for the endorsement itself.
What do I send?
Your ACORD 25 certificates as PDFs, or a zip of the whole folder (up to 50 files). If your contracts set specific limits, tell us; otherwise we use a standard general contractor set.
What happens to my files?
They're virus-scanned, stored encrypted in the US, used only for your audit and deleted after 30 days. Scanned certificates may be read by Google's AI, on a paid plan that doesn't use your files to train it. A person checks everything it reads.
Is this insurance advice?
No. The report says what each certificate shows against your requirements. Whether coverage is adequate is a question for your broker.

Want it set up for you?

I'm taking on a small group of companies first and doing the setup with each of them. Leave your details and I'll email you within one business day.
